Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Peptide Research Journal. By reading the site you are using a secondary account of other people’s work. The account is for information. It is not medical, legal, or regulatory advice, and it is not an offer to sell any compound.

The sources govern

Figures, methods, populations, and approval status belong to the linked paper, the registry entry, or the agency document. If a sentence here and that source disagree, the source wins. Labels and trial records change. Check the current record before you treat a summary as the state of the evidence. The editorial standards page describes how summaries are supposed to be written. The disclaimer page describes what they are not.

No professional relationship

Reading, searching, or writing to the journal does not create a clinician–patient relationship, a client relationship, or a duty to update you when a paper is corrected or a label changes. The corrections page describes how factual errors on this site are handled. It does not create a personal alert.

Acceptable use

You may read the articles, quote a short passage with a link back to the article and to the underlying source, and use the summaries to find the primary record. You may not present a summary as if it were the paper, paste it onto a product page as proof that a listing works, or strip the preclinical label off a finding and reuse the sentence as a human result.

You may not use the site to seek or give dosing instructions, to collect health information about other people, or to interfere with the operation of the journal. Automated collection that degrades the site for other readers is not allowed.

Intellectual property

The wording of the summaries is written for this journal. Paper titles, author names, and identifiers are cited so you can find the version of record. They remain the property of their authors and publishers. This site does not reproduce publisher PDFs, figures, or full text. A link is not a transfer of copyright.

You keep any rights you already have in a message you send about a correction. You grant the journal permission to use the factual point of that message to repair an article. Do not send material you are not free to share.

No warranty

The site is provided as a reading service. Summaries may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. The journal does not warrant that a page will be available without interruption, that a search will return every relevant article, or that an external link will keep working. External sites are governed by their own terms the moment you leave.

Limitation

To the extent the law allows, the journal is not liable for decisions you make after reading a summary, including decisions about medicines, research materials, training, or publication. The remedy for a factual mistake in a summary is a correction of the article, as described on the corrections page, not a claim that the summary was a personalized instruction.

Changes

These terms can be updated when the way the site works changes. The page you are reading is the current set. Continuing to use the site after a change means you are using it under the revised page. A change here does not rewrite a paper that an article cites.

The record, not a shop

This journal is not a store. It does not take payment for compounds, and it does not fulfill orders. A mention of a public document or, rarely, of the fact that a commercial listing exists is not a warranty of any product and not an invitation to buy one.
